Our office, located in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago, is comprised of a stellar team of more than 30 professional condominium managers and other team members. Our entire company is dedicated solely to the management of condominiums. It is all we do.

Over the past decade we have established ourselves as the leader in the management of smaller to mid-sized condominium associations in Chicago that are not large enough to warrant full-time, onsite management.
